Welcome to Korea! I visited Korea for the first time in 2025 over the Easter holiday weekend. It was an insane weekend full of delicious Korean BBQ (both beef and pork!), fantastic homemade noodles & dumplings, nourishing traditional chicken ginger soup, and a delightful Michelin starred meal that truly impressed us. Food in Korea is fantastic, and all the places I've written about below are certainly work visiting.
