    50 Posts in 50 Days Postlude

    Hi friends,

    Sorry for the silence this past week! I think after being "on" for almost two months by having to post daily, I really needed to take a nice, long break. Can't believe it's done, but all 50 posts have been published! I feel like I have caught up a TON from my backlog, and during the course of the journey, I've learned a lot more about all the places I had visited in the past. I'm continually learning more about local Hong Kong food as well as the local restaurant scene (which is ever changing!).

    I have updated Jen's Guide to the Best Places to Eat in Hong Kong for Visitors with several new updates based on these last 50 posts. Definitely check it out if you plan on visiting Hong Kong!

    I have updated the Original Post with a handy list (with hyperlinks!) that lists each of the 50 restaurants as well as which neighborhood it's in, and what kind of cuisine (if it's not obvious from the name). Of course to see all Hong Kong posts, just click on the Hong Kong tab to get a photo gallery of all the restaurants in the blog.

    If you managed to follow along and stay with me all the way to the end, thank you so much for your support! That's a tremendous amount of material to digest. And yet still, I have barely scratched the surface of this rich, culinary city.

    After 50 straight days of Hong Kong, I thought it might be kind of nice to "travel" to other parts of the world, for a change. Up next, I'll publish a few posts on my autumn trip to Tokyo, winter trip to Boston, spring trip to Sonoma, and some of my trips to mainland China. Enjoy the whirlwind tour of the world. We'll return back to Hong Kong soon enough . . . my backlog is already starting to grow again!
